One (1) Year Limited Warranty

TrixMotive, Inc. dba Moonlight Industries (Moonlight Industries), warrants to the first registered owner for a period of one (1) year or twelve thousand (12,000) miles from the date of original purchase, whichever comes first, that this conversion shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service. This limited warranty is subject to exclusion, limitations and conditions. Moonlight Industries’ liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts and/or workmanship. Moonlight Industries shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to vehicle rental, lodging and/or towing charges) or for any service not expressly provided for herein, arising out of or relating to any defect in the product.

Standards
Moonlight Industries, at its option, shall repair or replace items found to be defective within this warranty period, subject to Moonlight Industries’ published warranty. Owner shall bear all expenses arising out of or relating to transportation of the vehicle to the appropriate warranty service location.

User Obligation
It is the obligation of the vehicle purchaser to provide periodic vehicle maintenance and to operate the vehicle in accordance with the vehicle’s original manufacturer’s specifications. Moonlight Industries will not warranty any damage caused by lack of proper maintenance, misuse, neglect, negligence, or accident.

Exceptions & Limitations
This warranty DOES NOT COVER any damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or exposure to elements or improper cleaning methods. Also not covered are any accessories or parts not manufactured by Moonlight Industries, which includes but are not limited to: windows, generators, air conditioners, radios, televisions, power convertors, and batteries, however those parts may carry warranties provided by their manufacturers covering the performance of their parts. Altered and modified parts will not be covered.

Authorized Repairs & Replacement
ALL Repairs MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED. Payment will not be made for any unauthorized repairs or replacement. Reimbursement of replacement parts not furnished by Moonlight Industries will not exceed wholesale cost.

Claims Procedures
All warranty service is to be performed at Moonlight Industries or at an authorized warranty service location. Moonlight Industries must authorize all warranty service in writing prior to performance. Such written authorization instructing owner as to where and when to deliver the product for warranty service will be given within two (2) working days of receipt of notification of a defect or malfunction and all other terms of this warranty have been satisfied in full. (must be postmarked on or before the date of expiration of the appropriate warranty period).

Notice should include:
Owners name and address
Product model, serial, and vin #’s
Date of purchase
Vehicle mileage
Current vehicle location
Owners location for contacting during regular business hours
A brief description of the problem

Termination of Warranty
The following actions and events will result in the automatic termination of this warranty and relieve Moonlight Industries from any and all obligations under this warranty: Misuse or neglect of the product, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications, accident, or improper cleaning or loading, sale of the product through auction, and/or the expiration of the warranty period set out herein.

Limited Warranty
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, on the part of Moonlight Industries. No person has the authority to extend, enlarge or alter this warranty in any manner.

Legal Rights
This warranty gives only those legal rights specifically listed herein. You may have other legal rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not acknowledge the exclusion and limitation of incidental or consequential damages or of the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
