2.) Fax completed form back to us at 714-630-2838

3.) Submit a minimum of 1 exterior image and 3 interior images, along with your contact info and the vin # they represent, to sales@limosbymoonlight.com

Please note:
Limos by Moonlight does not make any guarantees regarding the sale of any used vehicle. This program has been put in place as a venue for our customers to try to generate additional interest in their used vehicles. Vehicles must be delivered as represented. Misrepresentation of any vehicle can result in significant adjustments to the amount paid to you. Trade-in allowances, if any, will not be issued until all initial third party sales transactions have been completed in full.

Limos by Moonlight is not responsible for incorrect information, errors, or omissions from third party descriptions. Limos by Moonlight recommends that the buyer obtain a vehicle history report and have the vehicle fully inspected to verify condition of vehicle PRIOR to entering into any fiduciary agreement. The third party seller must make every reasonable effort to disclose any known imperfections prior to the close of sale. Limos by Moonlight, assumes no responsibility for any repairs unless stated in writing, prior to the close of sale.

Arbitration:
Any dispute, difference or question relating to or arising among any of the parties concerning the construction, meaning, effect or implementation of this Agreement or any party hereof will be submitted to, and settled by arbitration by a single arbitrator chosen by an Orange County Office of the American Arbitration Association in accordance with the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator shall apply California law. Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration will take place in Orange County, California, U.S.A. Any court having jurisdiction over the matter may enter judgment on the award of the arbitrator. Service of a petition to confirm the arbitration award may be made by First Class mail or by commercial express mail, to the attorney for the party or, if unrepresented, to the party at the last known business address. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO ARBITRATION AND THE VENUE FOR ARBITRATION.
